PASTA STATION
Fettucini in Pesto Cream, and Tortellini with Marinara sauce, accented by focaccio and garlic bread sticks, fresh tomatoes, roasted peppers, crushed red pepper flakes, grated parmesean cheese, fresh black cracked pepper and fresh chopped italian parsley.
CARVING STATION
Roast sirloin of beef carved tableside, served complete with a host of garnishment and sauces, chopped onion , stone ground mustard, horseradish sauce, au jus, sauteed mushrooms, French club rolls and roasted red bliss potatoes.
SALAD STATION
Ceasar salad, garden salad with bread display and garnishes.
DESSERT & COFFEE STATION
Assortment of cakes and pick up pastry.
